“Sean and I started on a simple owner buyer direct cash purchase on another property, until it turned upside down. Sean then proceeded to feed me new listings as the townhouse I was leasing, and attempted to buy, was over end of May. So, on the Friday, the other deal went south. On Monday, chose new views. Wednesday, viewed the top 2 and put an offer on the one I'm in now. Thursday, they accepted. Friday, put earnest money. Throughout, Sean was on top of it, explained all in intimate detail that I needed to understand. And the closing was smooth and enjoyable. Whomever gets his service is lucky, or astute.
