Senait is truly the best of the best! She’s professional, prompt, result driven, detail oriented, friendly, and knows how to close deals. I needed to rent my home out with a quick turnaround time. Within 5 weeks, I had 30 viewings and a few quality applicants to select from. Senait is a wealth of knowledge, and very resourceful. Senait was amazing! She worked expeditiously to find my home and get me through closing. She connected me with an expert loan officer who got me approved for my requested amount and when the first house deal fell through because of builder issues, she was able to switch gears immediately and find an even better home the next day for roughly the same price. She was always available for emails, calls, and even text messages. I can't thank her enough, and I will highly recommend her to everyone!

What an amazing, smart, intelligent and well equipped realtor. Senait is very knowledgeable and where she's not sure she will dig, get the knowledge needed and will go all out for her clients. She's very hand on, patient and kind-which is very important in the house buying process because you need a kind hand to navigate you through the process. She just doesn't help you with the house buying process she's there with through each and every step even after i closed and been in my house for 4 months no, I still call and she answers. She very detail oriented and sees the small details some might over look. I thank God I found her through my loan officer Nebil Mathewos-what a dynamic duo. i highly highly recommend her and have made several referrals.

Senait and I have completed several real estate transactions during the course of my knowing her. Both on the buyer and seller sides. She's also the go to agent whenever I get asked to refer a real estate agent. She's absolutely the consummate professional.
