Seita Jongebloed

Seita is a licensed real estate attorney and a licensed broker. She brings many years of brokerage management and agent development experience to her role.

Seita began her career as an attorney with a boutique law firm, Hargis & Harpold, which represented real estate brokers across Texas. She became well-versed in best practices for Texas brokers, and honed skills such as contract drafting and negotiation. The firm also served as outside counsel for HAR, providing a behind-the-scenes view of Realtor ethical duties and cooperative compensation rules. More recently, Seita was on the management team of a leading residential brokerage firm. The agents valued her unique blend of hands-on risk management, negotiation expertise and sales skills. She also served as General Counsel for a prominent local brokerage firm, where she was privileged to work closely with many new agents along their journeys to become top producers. Seita has served on numerous HAR committees over the years including Risk Management, Management Central, and currently, the MLS Committee.

To recharge, Seita enjoys being outdoors, watching her kids on the playing field or on stage, and reading everything from classical literature to pinterest. She loves travel, especially to scuba dive or snow ski with her family. She taught CCD at St. Vincent de Paul and St. John Vianney churches for many years, and has volunteered with many local animal rescue groups.
