Scott Small

Scott is a full-time professional REALTOR® with nearly two decades of experience. Born and raised in Maine (a true Maineiac) where he graduated with an Associates degree in Real Estate and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He has been a San Antonio area resident for over 35 years; serving as an officer in the United States Air Force and TX Air National Guard for over 21 of those years. Professionally, Scott is the first San Antonio REALTOR® to earn the Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist designation, and the Real estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designation; better allowing him to best serve those clients facing that particular life challenge. Additionally, he also holds the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation; and more recently has earned the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation. Scott is a member of San Antonio Board of Realtors® (SABOR) where he has been chosen to serve on the SABOR Board of Directors, REALTOR® Builder and SABOR Professional Development Committees. He has also chaired SABOR’s Military Affairs Committee. He is a long-standing member of the Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR) where he serves on the Faculty Assessment Panel, the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and the Council of Residential Specialists as the Director for Education – Texas CRS.
