Scott Scheffler

Scott W. Scheffler leverages his more than 28 years of marketing, communications, and public relations experience to assist his real estate clients with their selling, buying, new construction, and leasing needs. He specializes in residential and farm & ranch properties. Scott has worked with Coldwell Banker Realty for more than 15 years and splits his business focus between the greater Houston area and throughout East Texas.

Scott is a native of Houston and has lived in the following communities: Harris County: Seabrook, Pasadena, Houston, and FM-1960/Champions; and Montgomery County: The Woodlands and Magnolia. Scott has also lived in Los Angeles for six years, and Pittsburgh for over two years, but has always returned to his native home in Texas.

Scott attended college in Los Angeles (California State University - Northridge) and graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations. Scott also holds a Masters degree in Jurisprudence for Texas A&M University School of Law. Scott is accredited in Public Relations (APR) and is an active member of the Public Relations Society of America. He is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Scott is an Eagle Scout and volunteers his time in support of the Sam Houston Area Council of Scouting America. He currently serves as an Associate Section Adviser for the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society, where he represents Scouts and volunteer regionally throughout the State of Texas. He and wife are very active in the Scouting program and enjoy watching their son progress in Scouting, and as an elite travel baseball player. Together, Scott and his wife have three kids (two grown and out of the home, and one about to enter high school next year). They also have two granddaughters that they dore.  

Coldwell Banker Realty has recognized Scott as an outstanding agent numerous times. In 2010, Scott was named the Clear Lake Office's Rookie of the Year. In addition, he has been recognized (including the last three years) as a top performer based on sold listings and home sales.
