“Scott, was always available to answer questions when I called. If I had to leave a voice mail, rarely, he always responded soon afterward. I never had to wait long to hear back from him. I told Scott three or four years ago we planned to sell our house, but for various reasons we kept putting it off. Throughout this time, Scott continued to send me information on how the current market was doing. He kept me informed of any changes as well. He was pleasant and fun to be around, and I feel like we made a friend. We have now moved away from the Houston area, but if we find we need to move back, I will contact Scott about finding us a new home. ”
