Sarah Starry has built a career of over a decade in real estate, beginning in the commercial sector with a focus on specialty retail. Today, she brings the same analytical, negotiation, and marketing expertise honed in commercial real estate to every residential client interaction—whether guiding a purchase, preparing a listing, or envisioning a home’s potential.
Sarah launched her career at Streetwise Retail Advisors, representing high-profile national and local tenants and landlords. She went on to serve as Director of Leasing for Radom Capital, leading leasing efforts for more than 650,000 square feet of award-winning mixed-use developments in Houston, including Montrose Collective, M-K-T, 3201 Allen, and Heights Clock Tower. Later, as Vice President at CBRE and a member of the firm’s Restaurant Practice, she specialized in emerging brands. There, she worked on a nationally ranked master broker team that ultimately formed ORIGIN Realty Advisors, executing deals nationwide for concepts like Sixty Vines, Whiskey Cake, Velvet Taco, and Barcelona Wine Bar.
Now, Sarah applies her extensive market knowledge and client-first approach to residential real estate, delivering tailored strategies and successful outcomes.
A Houston resident since graduating from Texas A&M University, Sarah is deeply engaged in her community. She serves as a 2025 Leader of Impact for the American Heart Association, a role she embraced after her daughter was born with a congenital heart defect and is now a thriving survivor. Sarah also enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, playing golf, and serving on the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo committee. She is the founder and designer of the recognized “bed. no breakfast” under Starry’s Studio in her hometown of Fredericksburg, Texas. She lives in Memorial with her husband, their young son and daughter, and their beloved rescue Pekingese.
