A sixth generation Texan, Sarah Hudgins' family was part of the first 300 American families to enter Texas. They later established the J.D. Hudgins Ranch, the largest American Grey Brahma ranch in the world. Steeped in history and a love for the city of Houston, Sarah utilizes her 27 years of real estate experience to provide buyers and sellers a seamless transaction from contract to closing.

All hours are working hours for this consummate professional. An early riser, (4:30 A. M.) she works tirelessly making herself available to her clients at all times. A West University seller, who had purchased properties all over the world, reported that Sarah was the most experienced agent he had ever worked with. A thriving career based solely on referrals, Sarah represents colleagues, family and friends of repeat customers. Her client's needs are first and foremost and she covers each one with privacy and respect.

Through Sarah's Humanitarian efforts she is able to help Veterans and people with intellectual disabilities. She served as Regent of the American Revolution Comfort Wood Chapter, Vice President of the ESD 3, a taxing entity board, Board of Directors of the ARC of Wharton and Location Leader for Wreaths Across America. She was named State of Texas Citizen of the Year by the Texas DAR, and appointed as an Admiral in the Texas Navy by Governor Rick Perry. She organized and had voted into law, four Texas Memorial Highways, and in 2023 , she received the Yellow Rose of Texas Commission by the Governor of Texas.
