Welcome! Sarah Holley Shaver has been an entrepreneur since 2011 when she started The Whistle Stop Café of Conroe with her family. Getting her real estate license came shortly after in 2016 when she saw another way to serve her community. Sarah has watched not only The Woodlands and Conroe areas grow but also all of Harris, Montgomery, Walker and Trinity County thrive. Being a business owner herself, she prides herself with great communication, hard work, making smart financial decisions, diligence and how to work with our community for success. Sarahs experienced in not only the purchasing and selling of residential or commercial real estate but also have a background in home development. She started her own new home construction building company (SRHOLLEY LLC) in 2020 in hopes to provide even more of a service to families and friends looking for their next home or real estate investment. Sarahs real estate career started as tool to have to fall back on and now has grown into a full-time passion!
