Welcome to my profile! As a native of Houston/Alvin, I have a deep understanding of the local real estate market. I spent a few years in Clearwater, Florida during my early years, but came back to my roots, graduating from Manvel High School in 2010. I began my career journey at ACC, initially considering a Business degree, but eventually became a certified Pharmacy Technician.
After starting my family, I realized I needed a flexible career that allowed me to be present for my children. My mother's career in real estate inspired me to follow the same path, and with the help of my family, I embarked on my real estate journey in October 2017.
Since then, I have dedicated myself in assisting families and individuals in achieving one of life's most significant milestones - homeownership. Whether you are a buyer or a seller, you can rely on my resources and expertise to ensure a smooth transaction!

What about my fees? For buyers, my services are free of charge. For sellers, my fee is a percentage of the sale price agreed upon prior to engaging my services. I receive my payment at the closing table from the sellers.
