I can\'t believe what happened today. I had a tour scheduled today and when I arrived at the property the garage door was lifted up and wide opened. I called the listing agent to ask him if his clients knew we had a tour scheduled. He replied yes. My client and I was a little uncomfortable. So I went to the lock box got the key out, opened the door to find out there was a loose dog, very nice dog to say the least. I called the agent back and asked him if he knew his clients had a door. He oh yeah that is the nicest dog he may come up a sniff you but he is good. Nothing seemed right to me about this tour. Noticed an open pocket book left on the stairs. Me and my client look at each other and we said I think it\'s best if we go and we ended the tour.

There are sellers and there are some sellers. I would just give them my honest opinion about the home with minimal details about how the dog or \"friendliness and trust\" from the seller made you feel. It\'s happened to me where I\'ve shown a home and the sellers were watching us from across the street and drinking a beer with the neighbors. Nothing is too surprising for me anymore.
