The property valuation services provided by Sandra in performing Broker Price Opinions (BPO) over the years has proven invaluable in educating her about neighborhoods and subdivisions. In performing these valuation services it is necessary to actually visit the properties, take pictures, perform database research of actual comparables of sold and active listings in order to determine an opinion of the market value of properties. These valuation services require her to travel all over the Greater Houston and surrounding areas to estimate value of properties of all types including small & large single-family residences, new construction, townhomes, condos, estate homes, and unique properties. This experience brings value to the table to assist her clients who are in the market to either buy or sell real estate.
Sandra earned her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston and she is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the Houston Association of REALTORS®. She also holds the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Commercial Real Estate Professional (CREP) designations.
