Sam is a 4th generation Houstonian, and for nearly 100 years, Houston real estate has played an integral part in his family dating back to his great grandfather starting Marshall Construction in 1927. From building their quaint Galveston get-away in 1930, to the more recent commercial projects built spanning from Katy to Baytown, the Marshalls' passion and appreciation for real estate continues to live on through Sam.
A profession in real estate is something he knew he wanted to do from the moment he got his diploma from Baylor University. He even got his license while still enrolled, and once graduated, promptly started at an investment real estate brokerage. At Flash Realty Solutions, his mission is to bridge the gap between the investment and retail worlds, providing fast results for Seller's all over the greater Houston area, no matter the circumstance. Sam specializes in working with investors and homeowners alike, selling as-is "fixer-uppers" to the other end of the spectrum, fully renovated and updated properties.
