We absolutely loved working with Carratala Group. Sam was attentive to our needs, very detailed in explaining each process of the home buying experience and easy to work with. He called regularly to check up on us and went above and beyond when it came to mediating between the different parties involved. Sam and Tricia alleviated a lot of our stress being a quick call or text away. And their response time was very fast after texting or calling. Thank you both very much for your help! We would use them again and recommend their services to all our friends and family.

Sam understands his clients' needs and has a no-excuse mentality to executing. I moved to north Austin for work and I needed to sell my house in Houston, but first I wanted to make some updates so we could put it on the market for top dollar. With me being 3 hours away, Sam was instrumental in providing solid contractor recommendations and solid advice for which improvements to make and which ones to skip. Being an engineer I'm especially demanding and high maintenance (as many have told me through the years) but this was no problem for Sam. Sam did a fantastic job with the staging and with the photos. He negotiated hard and we were under contract in just a few days. That contract closed as planned in December 2021. Without Sam's expertise, I'm certain I would have encountered delays and added stress. Sam and Trish and team delivered as promised.

The Carratala real estate group is exceptional. They helped my husband and I out with our first home purchase and it made the process less stressful. Sam and his wife have years of experience, they fight to get you the best deal, and they’re very responsive. I will always recommend them to friends/family because their level of service is unmatched.
