“From the very beginning Ryan was friendly, prompt and helpful! Ryan was always on top of things. He answered all of my questions (and as a first time home buyer there were a lot), he walked me through all the paperwork and gave me an overall understanding of the whole process in a way I could understand. Ryan was also really good about taking as much stress off of me as possible. I remember reading emails where he was going back and forth with people over the technicalities of the contract.
