Hi, I’m Ryan Hermes, a real estate agent with C.R. Realty and, more importantly, a lifelong Katy, Texas local.

I grew up in Katy, so this community has always been home to me. I’ve had the opportunity to watch Katy grow and change over the years while still maintaining the qualities that make it such a special place to live. Because I’ve spent my life here, I know the area in a way that goes beyond what you can find on a map. I know the neighborhoods, the schools, the communities, the local businesses, and the many changes happening throughout Katy and the surrounding areas.

When I work with clients, I want them to feel like they have someone in their corner—not just someone helping them buy or sell a house. Buying a home is a major decision, and I believe having a Realtor® who truly knows the area and takes the time to understand what is important to your family can make all the difference.
