He is the best communicator I've ever worked with and was SO responsive every single step of the way... which we definitely learned isn't always the norm! He helped us navigate a few unexpected twists and turns with expertise and a totally calm demeanor (which we needed!) and he never missed a single detail. He kept us focused and brought us back down to earth when we needed him to. His office was incredible in coming through in a timely manner with every contract and finding every answer we needed when we had tricky questions.
