“Russell went above and beyond on this one. We vacated the house in November and it sold in March. During that time there were hurricane level winds, below freezing temperatures and plumbing issues to be dealt with. Russell either performed repair work himself, including landscaping for curb appeal, or made contact himself with the necessary vendor contractor to get everything needed taken care of.
