Ruben is a proud native Houstonian and is no stranger to serving our communities. For the past 25 years, he has covered some of the most exhilarating stories as a feature reporter/producer for the top television stations in the country. During his time highlighting so many homes and residents throughout his broadcast career is what sparked his love for real estate.

Giving back is especially important to Ruben. He's dedicated his time and passion to organizations and events including The 70th Annual Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade (KHOU 11/CBS Co-Host), The City of Hope, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy, The Children's Hospital, USO, and more.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Ruben is a family kind of guy with a great sense of humor. He loves Tex-Mex fajitas, luxury home property tours, and meeting folks from all walks of life. When he's not shaking hands in the community and selling homes, he enjoys spending time traveling and exploring amazing beach destinations.
