How can I get into real estate foreclosures and invest into them and other investment properties? I want to get into rental investment properties as well.

Pre-Foreclosures owners are behind on payments but still own the home. You can contact them before the bank takes it. - they are posted on the county website at least 3 weeks prior to action date.2.Auction Properties sold at courthouse or online auction (cash required).3.Bank-Owned (REO) bank has repossessed and now lists it on the market through an agent.4.HUD Homes / Government Foreclosures sold through HUDHomestore.gov or other government portals.
