As we worked through finding the home that felt right for us, he was always available on short notice and working within the confines of our availability and timeline, and always willing to find more options and help us figure out what we were looking for. When we ultimately settled on our home, he was incredibly helpful in working through numerous issues with the sale, doing everything he could even extending past closing to help us get the deal and home into the shape we wanted it for when we moved in. Throughout the buy process, he was incredibly communicative, available, and calming throughout what turned out to be a rather stressful buy at times due not at all to him . He knows what he's doing, he does it well, and on top of it all he's just a great guy. Would highly recommend Ross for anyone who wants to buy a new home.”

He came in and in our first meeting setting expectations on sales price and timeline, and he was absolutely right about how everything ultimately played out. He personally helped us prep the home for market with some touch ups and good contractor contacts and made it look great in the listing. We had three offers within the first week. Then throughout the sale process, he was incredibly communicative, available, and calming throughout what turned out to be a rather stressful sale at times due not at all to him . He knows what he's doing, he does it well, and on top of it all he's just a great guy. Would highly recommend Ross for anyone who wants to sell their home.”
