Rosemarie Warren

Confident, competent and motivated, native Houstonian Rosemarie Warren uses her considerable skills to help make every client's transaction a success. Rosemarie is sensitive to the emotions involved in a home purchase or sale and understands her responsibility to clients during this most significant period in their lives. Having grown up in Houston, Rosemarie is conversant with many Houston neighborhoods but is most familiar with the Spring Valley area, Tanglewood, Hunters Creek Village and River Oaks.

Rosemarie is persistent, goal-oriented, attentive to details, highly organized, and a studious listener. Certified in ePRO, she makes excellent use of the cutting-edge technology available to her for the benefit of her clients. Rosemarie hails from an Argentine family and uses her native, expert-level Spanish language skills in contract negotiation.

Prior to her 20 year residential real estate career, Rosemarie worked as a procurement advisor in the oil and gas industry where she learned the importance of structure, diplomacy, professionalism, and motivation. She developed strong contractual and negotiation skills which contribute to her present success.

Rosemarie is a graduate of Texas Christian University where she majored in Spanish and Latin American Studies. In addition to being focused on her career and her family, Rosemarie enjoys playing tennis and spending time with friends.
