There wasn't even one moment when Rosa expressed frustration with our changing directions. She was amazing. When it comes to paperwork, Rosa was extremely thorough and efficient. She didn't leave anything to chance, and she always acted quickly. She followed-up and assisted us at each step, always with clear communication. It might be more appropriate to say she did all of the work to find and get us in a home. All we had to do was sign a few documents. She made us feel like we were her only clients.
