Lived here when it was called Hunters Cove. On my move in day they were switching companies so nobody was in the office. In the one year I stayed there, they had changed property management company at least 3xs. And the first 1 months had no issues then here came the roaches I mean so many of them! And now seeing the reviews mention rats! The parking lot was always invested with large raccoons but my goodness this place just continues to go downhill

As a tenant for 2 years. My daughter and her college friend rented a 1 bedroom at Ronan. Both college students at txwes. So, it worked for their commute to school. Great location and easy access to highways. That is the best thing about the apartment. It's an old place so some of the apartments have been renovated. But not apt 270. The price was good for 2 college students. Upon moving in, they had a roach problem. Then the washer backed up and flooded the restroom. It was awful. Now that th...
Now that they have moved out, the manager Lorena and Adriana is stating that the tub has to be resurfaced and it's 185$ for 2 clipped spots and discoloration. However the tub was resurfaced before and maybe numerous times before they moved in. The bottom of the tub was so gritty and bumpy, we put a bath mat in it. But that's our fault. It's old. The restroom cabinet were basically falling apart. The maintenance guy finally came to fix the washer and simply glued the cabinet. It's particle board. There are other things I'm ok paying for but, the tub is a basic wear and tear. If moisture is on it, it will peel. Stop pasting and taping things and renovate those apartments. Oh, and let's not forget about the big pothole entering the complex. There's secured gates but they are never utilized. And yes, management is rude. After one manager stated we can make payment arrangements the other one, Lorena threaten to send it to collections. Renter's beware.

All the reviews stated it wasn’t good but I decided to give it a try anyway and take a look. Before I even got to the leasing office, I saw rat traps around the apartments doors as well as dead rats on them. Trash was everywhere. It was mortifying. I sent a friend to tour the apartment for me because I couldn’t get off work. She said the walk through was even worse, roaches everywhere. And then offered lowered rent for that unit. It would recommend to anyone!

I toured these apartments yesterday 12/18/25 & while I was there an applicant so happened to cancel their application on a 1 bedroom with the den & Alicia asked me did I want to view it. I initially said no, but something told me to view that unit. Boy am I glad I did because the unit was SEVERELY infested with roaches! My skin was crawling from the excessive amount of roaches I seen at once. I requested to get the $50 application fee back because I decided not to lease here anymore & they denie...

My skin was crawling from the excessive amount of roaches I seen at once. I requested to get the $50 application fee back because I decided not to lease here anymore & they denied it which is understandable given it was non-refundable but I figured they would do a one time courtesy given my experience! Please do not trap yourself in a lease with roaches it will be your worst nightmare! They also never answer the phone so you will have to go in office to be helped which is ridiculous!

I have been living here for almost a year and my lease is due in October I have been so unhappy that I will not signed another lease due to the poor attention from the office staff I have reported many time the noise from upstairs and it seems that nothing happens to minimize the situation. Have not been able to sleep but yet when I have couple chairs and a cooler in my porch I get a quick notice that if I don’t remove that I will get a fine of $75 when every body else have stuff out on their patios. The staff at the office also never pick up the phone just overall poor management this place is worse than living in north Dallas. Couple pictures to show how this place is…have also reported about the tub dirt coming out of it and nothing.
