I have hands on experience with construction and rehabbing requirements / techniques for evaluating buy and hold or fix and flip properties. I am a native of Southern California. My career began in Electrical Engineering and transitioned into Banking and Corporate Finance. I have held various financial positions with increasing responsibility in the Banking industry and Boeing. I relocated to Houston with the Space Program Headquarters move from Huntington Beach California in 2002. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
