I have been recommending creditkarma.com to a lot of my rental clients, because it is free, quick to submit answers and get results, and doesn\'t hurt the applicant\'s credit score. \n\nBut, is there something else that other agents use/recommend?

I personally use Credit Sesame AND credit Karma for myself and have clients do the same :-). It’s a great way to keep up with everything and get solid recommendations on ways to improve, etc.
