My name is Ron Claypool, but my nickname is Clay Pool, and I'm proud to be part of the Fathom Realty team. For over ten years I have continued to grow in my exposure, experience and education in the commercial/residential real estate industry. From my efforts I have joined the elite group who hold the credentials of a Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist through the association, Texas Realtors. My credentials also include Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Professional plus completion of close to 700 hours in other real estate courses. I have held positions in Facilities Management in both Commercial and Residential so I understand and have a great working knowledge of the built environment and what a client should look for. These credentials bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction, which enhances my ability to serve a diverse clientele.
