“Our experience with Roger Fryou as our listing agent was fantastic While there are many things we appreciate about Roger and the way in which he approaches his work as a realtor, there are two of his attributes that we specifically would like to highlight: First off, he is highly communicative. As a seller, the financial implications associated with sale of our property were highly material for my wife and I. Roger understood this and he put forth a great amount of effort to continuously keep us updated with showing activity, feedback from potential buyers, interactions he had with other agents, evolving market conditions in the area, and with all other aspects of the status of our property. While this would have been appreciated under any circumstances, it was especially appreciated in ours because we had moved out of state and as such, we were not in the area to keep an eye on things. Because of Roger and his efforts, the typical nervousness associated with a large financial transaction was largely mitigated. Another aspect of Roger s approach that is exceptional is the balance he maintains between flexibility and prudence in decision making. In our circumstance, it was often times tempting to making frequent adjustments to the price and to other components of the listing. Roger would listen intently to our perspective, would offer a perspective of his own, and we would then make decisions as a selling team . Throughout the process, Roger s influence was instrumental in ensuring our price adjustments were strategic instead of reactionary, and at the same time, in ensuring the concessions, financing options, and other decisions were made not only when the timing was right, but also in consideration of the broader market conditions. Roger helped us to temper our emotions with the strategic steps that needed to be taken to sell the property in a way that enabled us to maximize our cash at closing. We absolutely appreciate Roger and all he did for us ”
