i saw a house that im intrested and i have contacted the agent a couple of times and she has not responded to to my emails....does that mean that i need to have a realtor for her to just answer the question i asked which it was "what do i need to do to lease this house"......thank you

As you see from all the other responses you do not need one but it sure would make your life easier to use one:)In your case I would just call any realtor in the area and tell them you found a house you want to lease and ask if they can help you. The agent will more then likely have better results in getting you an answer or information on the status of the house.Good Luck!
