If there is a conflict Richard will do his best to resolve it for you instead of you getting frustrated and quitting. Richard will keep you updated on properties even the ones that are not on har he will look up the house for you and research everything about the environment. Richard will listen to you and accommodate you to the best of his ability. Richard is a positive guy and want success for everyone of his clients.
