Robin has worked in the Real Estate industry in various roles for decades. Beginning her career as a real estate investor purchasing and renovating existing homes and subsequently becoming a licensed Realtor in 1990. An urban builder, developer and consultant in 1993 to present. Her primary focus is commercial sales and marketing. Over the years she has gained a great deal of experience in commercial sales, leasing and marketing, housing development - new construction, substantial renovation, multi-family including Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) deals, land development and special facility renovation, etc.

Her development emphasis has been in urban redevelopment and transforming real estate in difficult to serve neighborhoods with a community sensitivity.

She has a special calling for estate sales and working with nonprofit real estate owners - especially Churches.

ESTATE/PROBATE: I have worked closely with heirs, experienced title companies and attorneys in the sale of inherited real estate.
