“I purchased the house origianlly through Bob, so he was very familiar with the property and the surrounding area. He quickly brought his team in to inspect and evaluate the property for what needed to be fixed or updated. He left the decision to have this work done to me, but help in guiding the decision based on the market. It was also very helpful that we visited the competion to know what we needed to do and how things were being priced. In the end we did the right amount of work and Bob priced it perfectly to sell in 3 weeks from the time it was put on the market.”
