Bringing extensive knowledge with local Austin area homes and an ability to simplify the buying process to his position as a respected Realtor, Rob offers his clients an outstanding level of advice. His 15 years of experience has involved empowering first time home buyers with the knowledge to dodge the pitfalls associated with investing in their first home.

Prior to earning his Realtor license, Rob owned and operated a local tile installation and remodel company. He started the company in his early 20's as he earned his way though college, studying business and marketing. Combining his strong background from his remodel experience while helping his clients invest in homes, he is known for his tenacity, tough negotiating skills and honest analysis of property on a case per case basis.

Rob credits his ability to spot local trends and appreciating areas for his clients due to the fact that he grew up in Austin during the early 70's. Over the years, he lived in North Austin, East Austin and South Austin and has seen how population shifts have effected these areas differently.

With a mind for math and analytics, he has seen booms and busts, and areas grow and decline. Rob and his wife live and raise their three children here in Austin, TX.
