Rob Ginn, broker associate, is an award-winning realtor that understands the importance of staying on task throughout the entire process of a real estate transaction. A native Houstonian, Rob is a graduate of St. Thomas High School and has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Texas Christian University. For 20 years prior to entering real estate, Rob enjoyed success as a restaurant owner. He was hands-on with each arm of the business; accounting, regulatory and customer issues. A native Houstonian, Rob grew up in the Tanglewood and Memorial areas where he specializes along with the West University, Southampton and Museum area neighborhoods. An acknowledged expert, his sales and personal experience are far-reaching from farm and ranch, coastal, commercial and investment properties.
