An Investor with strong credit will be provided to purchase the specific home selected by the Buyer and the home will then be Owner Financed. The Buyer provides no documentation, no income verification, no social security number and no ITIN. Their cash is their credit. A minimum of 15% down is required. No prepayment penalty. No balloon payment. The closing is at a Title Company and the Buyer will get the Deed.The program's price range is $150,000 to $3.5 million. Commercial properties considered on a case by case basis.

[C] To the benefit of Richard's international clients, Richard has lived 6 1/2 years in Europe, primarily in Spain and Germany, along with a summer in Holland. The exposure to many different cultures opened greater understanding of people outside of Texas and the United States.
