No balloon payment. The closing is at a Title Company and the Buyer will get the Deed.The program's price range is $150,000 to $3.5 million. Commercial properties considered on a case by case basis.
[C] To the benefit of Richard's international clients, Richard has lived 6 1/2 years in Europe, primarily in Spain and Germany, along with a summer in Holland. The exposure to many different cultures opened greater understanding of people outside of Texas and the United States. In particular, Richard experienced great love and genuine hospitality from Hispanics and as a result personally delights in the many Hispanic relationships which have afforded him opportunities to reciprocate.
