Richard operates a 3rd Party Owner Finance program which assists Buyers who are currently unable or prefer not to obtain traditional financing. An Investor with strong credit will be provided to purchase the specific home selected by the Buyer and the home will then be Owner Financed. The Buyer provides no documentation, no social security number and no citizenship. Their cash is their credit. A minimum of 15% down is required. No prepayment penalty. No balloon payment. The program's price range is $120,000 to $3.5 million. Commercial properties considered on a case by case basis.
