A+ experience. Rick was patient, professional, and amicable with my husband and me, despite my anxiously impatient tendencies. Most importantly, he has integrity--he let us know when something was wrong with the house, even when we didn't realize it. He acted to get us a good house that we like, rather than a quick sale. Rick is a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He compiled lists of potential houses by our somewhat difficult search criteria and took us to visit about 50 different listings over the course of several weeks. He was with us all the way through the process, and even helped take pictures with us after closing. 100% recommend.

I bought my home from Rick in 2020 (and he got me a great deal). The taxes were assessed at $150,000 higher this year. Rick sent me comps and gave great advice as to how to word things in a way they would understand. He used his knowledge of the market and how homes like mine were really selling. This assessment was cut in half as I was able to provide substantive objections. He didn’t have to help but sent 2 emails and had 3 phone calls with me before the hearing. He provides great service before, during and AFTER the sale. He is a fun guy to work with if you like the dry Scottish humor. I will continue to recommend him to friends, family and coworkers. Rick is truly a pleasure to work with. He is very professional but also a delight to be around. We looked for houses for 4ish months and never felt that he was pushing us to make a decision on something that we were not absolutely sure on. He would often point out flaws when he came across them, letting us know about potential problems for each house. He would explain contracts and the nitty gritty details about buying a house very cleanly and concisely in a way that was easy to understand. Over all, Rick is very friendly and knowledgeable, takes his job seriously. Highly recommend him!

Highly recommended. I worked with Rick on the sale of my prior home and the purchase of my current home over a ~3mth period. He assisted with preparing my prior home for sale (including touch up work), staging, and photography, leading to a sale price significantly higher than comparable nearby properties. Rick also had contacts in financing that led to a favorable rate for the mortgage of my current home. Amidst it all, he was responsive and a pleasure to work with. Simply put, outstanding.

This was my third time to work with Rick. As always, he was very responsive, professional and made himself available. I have close friends in the business, but so much easier dealing with Rick as he has been very accessible and reliable when things needed to be handled in a timely manner. The last transaction was by design to be a long process. Rick got it wrapped up much sooner than anticipated and, according to the banker, handled challenging details that kept me from any added stress. He represents you in the deal and no one else. With that said, he does so in a very cordial but firm manner. I would recommend Rick for leasing, purchasing, and most recently, a short-sell transaction. All were handled beautifully! And with a touch of dry Scottish humor. He’s the best!!
