- Ricardo Barro Villadoniga is a real estate broker who is committed to providing excellent service for his clients and customers. He specializes in listing and selling residential and commercial properties throughout Houston and the surrounding counties.
- In addition to being licensed as a Real Estate Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission, I have earned prestigious real estate designations, including a GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute, by the Texas Association of Realtors) and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, by the Residential Real Estate Council). CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) and a C.R.B. (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) by the Real Estate Business Institute. I also have a mechanical engineering background, have completed numerous college credits in real estate, and have attended many real estate seminars and continuing education courses to maintain my licenses up to date. I hold college certifications in residential and commercial real estate, as well as property management. I speak and write in Spanish.
- My experience in real estate includes knowledge of financing and mortgage lending, investments, target marketing, appraisals, inspections, property management, leasing, new home construction, home repairs, remodeling, and rehabilitation. I support this experience with an excellent record of selling many new homes, resale homes, and commercial properties.
- Regarding closing real estate transactions, I have maintained a high standard of excellence in performance as a real estate broker. I'm a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Council of Residential Specialists, and the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council. To market the sale of a property or find a home for a buyer, I'm proud to be a leader in using the best 'tools of the trade.' I subscribe to several computer services, and my telephone bank enables clients and customers to be properly satisfied when calling for information.
