“I rarely write recommendations but I have to write one for Richae Davis. I met Richae while I was looking for a rental house in Pearland. I ended up buying a house instead. From the moment I met Richae, her smile and charisma just captured my attention. Working with Richae is an absolute pleasure. Renting or purchase a house is a very stressful experience, but Richae made it so enjoyable through the whole process. She is very professional and informative. If I had a question, she got me the answer in a speed of light . She worked late in the night with me trying to get a contract through and early in the morning on a holiday so I wouldn't miss an opportunity to see a house that met my criteria. I was dealing with a whiplash from an accident so I was not a very happy camper to deal with because I was under so much pain. Working with Richae was so pleasant that I often forgot my pain while looking at houses with her. She truly looked out for my best interest. I wanted this house so bad and I wanted to offer full price right away against her recommendation. Let's just say, I should have listened to Richae. She knows the market well and I can vow that if she represented you, on either the buyer or seller, she would do what was best for you. That is the main reason why I wrote this long recommendation...LOL... She is one in a million. She made me feel so comfortable, I told her she is my family now, whether she wanted to or not....LOL... I just want to share my wonderful experience working with Richae with you so you can experience it too. Thank you Richae for going above and beyond the call of duty to find the house that met my needs. I will definitely refer Richae to all my friends and family members.
