I am Dr. Rhonda Gilbo, Broker/Owner of Prosperity Realty Group, proudly serving the Houston area for more than 20 years. My career has been built on integrity, leadership, and a passion for helping families and investors achieve their real estate goals while creating long-term wealth through homeownership.
Leadership and service have always been at the heart of my career. I proudly served as the 2023 President of the Fort Bend Women's Council of Realtors® and currently serve as the Texas Women's Council of Realtors® District Vice President. I was recently elected as the 1st Vice President of the Texas Women's Council of Realtors®. I am also a graduate of the 2024 Texas Realtors® Leadership Program (TRLP), the 2025 Texas Women's Council Lone Star Leadership Academy, and the 2024 National Women's Council Leadership Institute.
Education has always been one of my greatest passions. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Marketing, and a Doctorate from Trident University. Beyond real estate, I enjoy sharing knowledge as an adjunct professor, business consultant, mentor, and life coach, helping others grow personally and professionally.
My commitment to service extends beyond my profession. I proudly serve on the Board of the Emerging Learning Literacy Foundation (ELLF) and actively support organizations dedicated to education, leadership, and community development. As a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated since 1986, I have remained committed to servant leadership and philanthropy. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Julia F. Thompson, Inc., and have chaired the Pink on the Green Golf Tournament Committee since 2019. One of my proudest community accomplishments was helping lead the successful effort to rename five streets in my Missouri City neighborhood, creating a lasting legacy for future generations.
When I'm not serving clients, you'll often find me on the golf course, mentoring future leaders, or volunteering in the community.
