Before transitioning into real estate sales, Rhonda spent over two decades as Director of Branch

Operations for the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR), where she oversaw three regional

offices serving tens of thousands of members across Greater Houston. In this role, she built

strong relationships, managed teams, and collaborated with real estate professionals to support

their success through education, operations, and advocacy.

Her career is defined by exceptional communication, strategic problem-solving, and a people-

first approach. Rhonda has coordinated large-scale projects such as office relocations and

remodels, organized high-profile fundraising events, and partnered with political and community

leaders to advance real estate causes.

As a REALTOR®, Rhonda applies the same commitment and professionalism to helping her
