“The rent payment process should be streamlined to make it easier and more secure to pay monthly rent. If my bank account is different from the Landlord s bank account then it s safer to use a reliable electronic source for rent payment s such as Chase Zelle App. It s difficult to make a large withdrawal from my bank account then travel to the Landlords bank institution with a large sum of money and make a deposit every month just to pay my rent. I must also worry about somebody watching me withdraw a large sum of money”
