“My wife and I entertained the idea of moving to a new home. Our last child was graduating high school, and we were looking for something in a more rural, quiet area. She saw a house on HAR and was curious about the home and how to find a realtor to start buying and selling a home. Our first buying experience was for a new build in a new neighborhood, so we have little experience with buying and selling. She called to inquire about the house, and Rendy Elizalde was the listing agent. My wife explained that we had little experience and needed a lot of help. We set up a meeting with Rendy at our home, which got the ball rolling. To say that Rendy is amazing is an understatement. The effort and time Rendy and her assistant Katrina put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. We were unsure what to expect, what was good bad, etc., and Rendy was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision-making based on what they had learned about us. We truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. Rendy also provided constant communication throughout the process. Every step of the way, through phone calls, text messages, and emails during the purchase of our new home and selling our old home.
