Renay Cohen

Renay Cohen is a consistent top producer who began her residential real estate career in 1988. According to Renay, she did not choose real estate, it chose her. Her first clients were buyers and custom home builders in the high-end Houston market, and with her extensive knowledge of outlying suburban neighborhoods, she quickly became a relocation expert.

Her ability to work smart and not waste clients' time, superior market knowledge and attention to future resale value keep her in demand. Renay understands how the relocation process works from an agent's perspective and has first- hand experience as an individual relocating overseas and back again with her husband's company. She also has an extensive background in property management and understands the residential lease market. Renay has participated in a variety of sales including bungalows, estate homes, townhomes, high-rise condominiums, and new- construction custom homes. She has also represented several developers with new construction projects, including patios homes in Houston and The Woodlands area, as well as the first high-rise condominium in The Woodlands - The Ritz-Carlton Residences.

When not working, Renay spends time with her family and enjoys traveling and reading a good novel.
