I would like to remain a member of HAR, although the new broker I am thinking of joining isn\'t. He is solely a commercial broker himself, but I would like to still have the ability to do both. He says it is not worth it for him to become a member because they are a small group of maybe 8 commercial agents, and he would have to pay for himself and everyone else when I am the only one interested in staying with HAR to have the ability to do both. How can I do this?

Hey Brian, Chris is correct in that your broker would need to be a member. The only other option would be for you to pay for the brokers fees to HAR MLS in order to be a member. That would mean double on MLS qtrly fees as well. It would be a write off at the end of the year but pricey in the meantime. Surely there is another commercial broker who also is a member of HAR. ??
