Rebecca Andress

Becky enjoys the hunt of finding the best home for her clients and the thrill of selling her listings. She has been a Top Producer at Greenwood King for 10 years. Originally from Ohio, Becky has lived in Houston for 23 years. She has a degree in Civil Engineering and a MBA in Finance. She previously worked for Prudential Realty Group in commercial real estate lending, and for Owens Corning Fiberglas in industrial sales.

Her experience and analytical skills give her a depth of understanding of the markets. Her passion is using that market knowledge to help her clients in their home search or when it's time to sell.

Her expertise negotiating contracts is complimented by her attention to detail, focus and energy. Recognizing and accentuating the unique attributes of each of her listings, Becky has the expertise and resources to stage, professionally photograph, advertise and promote your home to the widest audience of buyers. Her knowledge of the features buyers are looking for in today's market helps position sellers to maximize the value of their home.

She lives in Memorial and was very involved in her children's SBISD schools. At Frostwood Elementary she served as PTA President, VP Underwriting and Carnival Food Chair. Becky was awarded PTA Lifetime Membership and Spring Branch ISD Good Neighbor Award. Becky and her family are active members of Tallowood Baptist Church, where she serves in the Celebrate Recovery ministry. She currently serves on her neighborhood HOA board, Sandalwood Civic Club.
