Can a listing broker quote a different price per month over the phone versus what is on HAR? Specifically my client called a listing agent and was told the actual rent is $50 more a month than the HAR monthly lease notation.

Har should reflect the correct and current price. In fact I do the HAR work first. Hope more agents realize it is a violation and it makes realtors look bad.
