How do you work with international buyers?

I have an international buyer and need to know the steps and documents I ll need to prepare and help him make his purchase smooth.  Thank you

As mentioned previously the documents are the same. Title will require funds to be in a US bank account min 14 days prior to closing. If financing is needed, the UN Federal Credit Union in New Jersey finances foreign nationals as long as they are buying in the US. They perform credit and background checks in the country of origin. If the foreign national is working in the US in the medical field, (example) depending on employment and assets, they may get financing from a local bank or even a line of credit for the purchase of a home.
Just my experience with Foreign buyers.
