She is honest, knows the area so well (flood zones, neighborhood, etc...), and always tells you the pros and cons to the property so you are well informed. I'm still looking but I would actually buy a property sight unseen through her. She videos the property for me RIGHT AWAY when something comes on the market and narrates it. I'm soooo impressed, we just don't have that level of customer service out here, especially for an inexpensive property.
