I had a buyer purchase my home before hurricane harvey but contract was terminated because of a natural disaster clause. (Something of that sort) I just put my home back up for sale and I\'m wondering how easy will it sale because I finally found a new home to purchase and don\'t want someone to buy the home I finally found. The home did not flood or get any damage, last time I put it up o had showings the same day and it sold in about a week, it\'s been up 2 days this time and no showings, please tell me some words of encouragement as I thought this whole process was almost over grrrrrrr

Absolutly your home WILL sell!! There are three factors that ensure a home will sell... First is Price.. is it priced correctly? Second is Location...are you in a good community, good schools, do your neighbors show pride of ownership? Third is Condition...is your home in great condition, have ypu decluttered, is it painted a neutral color in each room? Is your flooring in good condition? If you can answer yes to all of these questions...A buyer will look at your home, Fall in love and...Make an Offer!! if my seller wants terminate a listing what can I do

Unfortunately it happens to us all. You will find that not everyone is compatible. I did learn early to put in the listing agreement that if they terminate the contract prior to\nthe expiration date the Seller will reimburse me for all money spent on photos and marketing expenses. You may have your Broker contact them to see if he/she may work with them. Good Luck and Don\'t let it get you down.
