As a first time home buyer and single mom I was extremely nervous about finding a realtor that would help me through the process. I thank God, I found Tammy. She has been in the business a long time and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She made the extremely stressful process of buying a home very smooth. She was patient with me and took the time to explain anything I did not understand. She was very quick to respond to all my calls or emails, and when I was interested in a home, she was quick to set up same day viewings and would call me back with all the information regarding the home. She kept in constant contact with me and always let me know where in the process we were. She really listened to what I was looking for in a home and what my budget was and went above and beyond to help me find the home I was looking for. I am a very picky person, I know what I like and had a list of "must haves". I looked at many houses before I found the one I wanted. She was there for every single one, and if I did not like it, we went back to the drawing board. I never felt rushed or pressured to hurry up and settle for a home, I never felt like she was trying to make a quick sale. When I found the house I wanted, Tammy was beyond amazing negotiating the contract with the seller to make sure all repairs were made, and that my interests were protected and I was satisfied with the agreement.
